I am a yoga teacher and sound healing & breathwork facilitator, who loves to guide people into connection, inner clarity & relaxation in the body. With a soft and intuitive approach, I create a safe space to tune into the body and reconnect on a physical, emotional, and mental level. It’s my passion to blend movement, breath, stillness and sound, to calm the nervous system and restore natural energy flow. Drawing from my own journey from burnout to breath-led living, I support others in rediscovering their strength, boundaries and authenticity, so they can step fully into their own energy and live with awareness and ease. When I’m not guiding sessions, you’ll find me moving & dancing, spending time outside in nature, gardening, savoring a warm cup of cacao & diving into deep conversations about life and all it's challenges — or simply enjoying silence & spend time on the couch with a book.

Description

Gentle Flow is a slow, flowing style of yoga that invites you to connect deeply with your body, release tension in muscles and joints, softens the body and sync movement with the breath. It’s a moving meditation that brings balance, harmony, and inner calm. The final part of the class features sound healing, using gentle vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, handpan & chimes to guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. The soothing sounds help release tension, calm the nervous system, and balance energy, creating space for reflection, integration, and inner harmony. This meditative experience supports emotional release, mental clarity, and a profound sense of well-being. This class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
