When we learn to observe the fluctuations of the mind from a distance we will explore a deep sense of calm, which invites us to meet our ‘higher self’. With meditation, pranayama and asana I guide
my students during their personal journey.
I love teaching slow flows, prenatal yoga and yin yoga. My classes are warm, welcoming and open for all levels. Mindfulness is an imported factor in all of my classes.
In my time off I love to explore the world with my partner and daughter, read lotsss of books and spend time in nature.
Description
A gentle and nourishing class where we move slowly from pose to pose, guided by the breath. This class starts with a guided meditation and ends with some restorative poses followed by a longgg savasana.
