I love to share yin yoga, slow flow yoga, and energy transmissions. My special gift is to help you listen to your body and design your own practise. I do that by offering options to meet you where you are today. I love guiding you back to your own truth. I am also a huge anatomy geek! My heart sings when I see a unicorn sky sunset, eat good food, or hug my loved ones.
Description
Yin yoga helps us slow down. We find a stretch and then melt into it for a couple of minutes. This way we invite not only muscle relaxation, but also connective tissue (fascia) will soften, allowing for a wide range of health benefits such as increased range of motion, better lymph-drainage, better posture and a relaxed nervous system.
On top of the yin yoga, this session will also include a multidimensional energy transmission, which is a type of energy healing that helps the energy flow throughout all layers of your connection, so that the energy can flow more freely from the earth up and from the universe down.
This kind of energy work is very beneficial, but contra-indicated when you have:
- (a history of) anxiety disorder, psychosis, mania or delusions.
- epilepsy
- serious heart conditions
- pregnancy from third trimester (unless you have regularly done multidimensional energy transmissions throughout pregnancy).
If this is you, feel free to come to our regular yin sessions instead.
