I love to teach Vinyasa (flow), yin yoga and Pilates. Through my classes I love to share my passion for movement and I hope to help people feel empowered from the inside out. Swimming in the sea and being with my loved ones makes my soul happy.
Description
Pilates exists of a set of exercises, developed by Joseph Pilates, which are focused to strengthen, stretch and balance the whole body. Most of the exercises are on the mat. In Pilates we work from the center of the body, also called the “powerhouse”, which you support with the right breathing pattern. The exercises to make the powerhouse stronger are focused on the lower back, belly, pelvis and glutes.
