I love to teach Vinyasa (flow), yin yoga and Pilates. Through my classes I love to share my passion for movement and I hope to help people feel empowered from the inside out. Swimming in the sea and being with my loved ones makes my soul happy.

Description

Vinyasa flow is a yang style of yoga in which we focus on the connection between breath and movement. Allowing the breath to move you.
In Vinyasa yoga you fluidly transition from one yoga pose to the next. That way, the practice becomes a moving meditation that brings you closer to yourself, while making your body stronger, healthier and more flexible.
This class is open for all levels as there will be modifications offered for beginners. With practice you will notice your movements becoming more fluid and you will find your flow!
