I love to teach Vinyasa (flow), yin yoga and Pilates. Through my classes I love to share my passion for movement and I hope to help people feel empowered from the inside out. Swimming in the sea and being with my loved ones makes my soul happy.

Description

In contrast to more dynamic forms of yoga, yin yoga doesn't aim to strengthen the muscles, but to relax them.
By relaxing our muscles, we can target our connective tissues in the deeper layers of the body. It takes longer to stretch and strengthen connective tissue than muscle tissue. For that reason, yin yoga poses are held for up to 5 minutes. Yin yoga relaxes (even though it might also challenge you in a good way), stimulates the flow of energy through our meridians (energy lines) and organs and creates space in body and mind. This class is open for all levels.
