I love to share yin yoga, slow flow yoga, and energy transmissions. My special gift is to help you listen to your body and design your own practise. I do that by offering options to meet you where you are today. I love guiding you back to your own truth. I am also a huge anatomy geek! My heart sings when I see a unicorn sky sunset, eat good food, or hug my loved ones.

Description

In this vinyasa yoga we will flow on the rhythm of our breath, exploring different movements and trying on stretches. With your body as your guide and my voice as inspiration, you will move with your body. Mindful movement will help you drop in and feel connected with your self. Partly inspired by mobility training and somatic exercizes, these sessions will help you be more mobile and relax your nervous system by showing your body you are safe.
