Tyler is a 300Hours (Yoga Alliance) Registered Yoga Teacher, Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Ariel and currently undergoing her life coaching certification! 👏
Tyler has turned her passion into a career, choosing to share the positive impact Yoga and personal development has had on her for many years now. ✨
She gives her students and clients the opportunity to grow spiritually, push their bodies physically and embrace who they are mentally whilst supporting their growth on and off the mat.
She believes the best teacher is one’s own self and her job is simply to create a safe and supportive space to help others to practice yoga and heal in a way they need it most. This gives them the tools they need to build a strong body, mind and soul for a more mindful and happy life.
When she’s not on the mat…Tyler loves traveling with her other half. She loves to discover new places. Deep inside she’s a free spirit that just wants to wander the earth ♥️

These classes are 75 minutes in length. Classes start with a Hello Circle to help women to feel Seen, Heard & Acknowledged in their pregnancy - this helps Jade to tailor the classes to your individual needs each week and gives everyone a chance to get to know one-another, helping to form friendships with the other mamas to be.
You will be invited to relax in to the class with a Quiet Arrival, followed by lots of lovely, gentle movement in different seated positions.
You will guided through different moves and breathing techniques that are really useful in birthing, giving you all of the tools to be prepared for birthing your baby.
Classes finish with a guided meditation, giving you the chance to really relax and wind down, check in with yourself and your babies and zone out.
Pregnancy yoga sessions may help to ease common pregnancy ailments such as achy back/ hips/ pelvis, heartburn/ indigestion, constipation, carpel tunnel, fatigue and more, providing you with some much needed relief.
Jades classes are on a Saturday morning from 10:30 - 11:45am and Tuesday evening from 6:30 - 7:45pm.
No experience is necessary and all kit is provided.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
