Welcome 🙏. I have practised yoga for 6 years and enjoy all aspects of yoga from movement to meditation.
I am also a rock climber and I originally started to practise yoga in order to improve my flexibility when climbing. This most definitely helped my flexibility, but also opened my eyes to a whole new world of body movement and mindfulness.
I quickly began to learn that my awareness of breathing was none existent. So I began a journey of learning how to breath again, and when connecting this breathwork with body movement, it creates an overwhelming feeling of relaxation and calmness within the body and the mind.
I decided I wanted to teach others what i had learnt, so that they can benefit and improve their physical health and mental wellbeing.
Description
This class focuses on the movement of the body and the breath; working on mobility, joint stability, balance and core strength...All whilst bringing awareness to how we feel within ourselves.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
At Sunshine and Soul Studio your mat and any additional props are all included in the price...simply turn up with your beautiful self (& your little one) and relax!
