Mel G
Hey I'm Mel - I’ve been practicing yoga for almost eight years and guiding others in to it for the last four. Like many, I first came to yoga from a physical perspective but it quickly became my sanctuary and has brought me home to myself more times than I care to admit. For me yoga is a lifestyle, a headspace and a great way to find balance both on and off the mat, and provides me with the tools to build not only physical but mental stamina as well as creating healthy habits for life. My classes are friendly and welcoming with a relaxed vibe and a sprinkle of challenge. Every *body* is invited and individual differences celebrated. Whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice, you will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your own body's wants and needs in the moment. We use the pose to get in to the body rather than the body to get in to the pose - the outcome is not the true goal, but the challenge itself. Come and join me on the mats for a delicious dose of YOU time.
