My classes and workshops are mixture of fun, hard work and ultimate relaxation. I just LOVE teaching our Sunshine and Soul community!
I’m passionate in my role as a trauma-informed practitioner and believe that practicing yoga & fitness massively helps with both mental and physical health.
As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD!
I’m a mama to my amazing little girl and would love to share my passion for yoga and all of its benefits with other mums - hence the creation of ‘NOT JUST A MUM CLUB.’
Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!

‘Baby and Me’ Yoga Classes at Sunshine & Soul Studio are designed for mums to come and practice Yoga, while your little one has a play or sleep.
At NOT JUST A MUM CLUB you'll practise Yoga to help your body and mind recover from childbirth and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies! You'll build strength, balance and coordination through a gentle Yoga practice whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
Aimed at mums who would like to try out or get back into Yoga, but don't have time with their little ones to get to a class - now you can bring them with you and enjoy the practice together.
Please know that NOT JUST A MUM CLUB is a safe, welcoming group where anything goes...crying, feeding, sleeping are most definitely welcome here…and not just from the babies🙂
Suitable for all levels & abilities…beginners welcomed!
If you have given birth recently, please wait until your 6 week postnatal check with your GP to start exercise, however there is no rush so depending on your birth I advise beginning when you feel ready.
(General NHS advice is 6 weeks for a vaginal birth & 12 weeks for a C-section or birth with complications - however check in with your doctor if you’re unsure)
Sign up to our Summer term - a five-week block from Monday 18th July - Monday 15th August
You're also welcome to hang out afterwards for a coffee and chat with the other mamas and babas.
Once registered, you'll be sent a 'pre-course questionnaire' to complete before the first class. This will aid the teacher in preparing for you and your little one's arrival! :)

As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD!
I’m a mama to my amazing little girl and would love to share my passion for yoga and all of its benefits with other mums - hence the creation of ‘NOT JUST A MUM CLUB.’
Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!
