My name is Anna and Iāve been practicing yoga for roughly 8 years. It has always been a passion of mine and has helped me mentally through a continuous journey.
2 years ago I completed 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training and more recently completed my 50 hour Yin training this year, which has helped me build awareness of another aspect in yoga.
I canāt wait to meet you all and also help you on this beautiful journey.

This class incorporates flowing sequences, as well as stronger holds building that power and strength!
Each class of course ends with an extended period of relaxation, so you can float out of the studio ready for bed!
This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Iām passionate in my role as a trauma-informed practitioner and believe that practicing yoga & fitness massively helps with both mental and physical health.
As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD!

Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!

At NOT JUST A MUM CLUB you'll practise Yoga to help your body and mind and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!
You'll build strength, balance and coordination through a gentle Yoga practice whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
These classes are 45 minutes in length, followed by half an hour to hang out afterward class for a chat with the other mamas and babas. (Ticket price includes a HOT coffee/tea & chocolate/biscuits)
Aimed at mums who would love to begin or get back into Yoga, but don't have time with their little ones to get to a class - now you can bring them with you and enjoy the practice together!
Please know that NOT JUST A MUM CLUB is a safe, welcoming group where anything goes...crying, feeding, sleeping are most definitely welcome hereā¦and not just from the babiesš
Suitable for all levels & abilitiesā¦beginners welcomed. Children of all ages welcomed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have given birth recently, please wait until your postnatal check with your GP to start exercise. General NHS advice is 6 weeks for a vaginal birth & 12 weeks for a C-section or birth with complications.
However there is NO RUSH; rest is extremely important after birth and into the fourth trimester...So depending on your birth I advise checking in with your intuition and beginning when you feel ready. (Speak to your midwife/health visitor/doctor if youāre unsure)

Practice to candlelight in this yin-yang fusion of relaxing slow stretches with a more fiery flow in the middle to allow you to enjoy the benefits of both styles of yoga.

Tyler is a 300Hours (Yoga Alliance) Registered Yoga Teacher, Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Ariel and currently undergoing her life coaching certification! š
Tyler has turned her passion into a career, choosing to share the positive impact Yoga and personal development has had on her for many years now. āØ
She gives her students and clients the opportunity to grow spiritually, push their bodies physically and embrace who they are mentally whilst supporting their growth on and off the mat.

Lucy discovered yoga as a new mum, nearly 8 years ago. Desperate for some "me time" she found some classes at a local hall. She was hooked after the first session and started practicing more and more.
Lucy says āFor me, yoga is about finding balance both on and off the mat. I love the feeling I get when I practice, and I take that with me throughout my day. The main factor when deciding to start my teacher training was wanting to pass this on to others.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, and my classes are for all levels and all bodies.ā
When sheās not on the mat, you will find her spending time with her daughter and partner, going for long walks, or drinking tea and eating biscuits. āŗļø

I'm Leah, a Confidence and Breathwork coach.
I coach around these two areas because they mean so much to me.
I had a major confidence crisis returning to work after my first child. Even a promotion to Ops Director wasn't enough to curb the imposter syndrome, in fact, it made it worse.
After working on myself, a lot, and educating myself on the systems which contribute to women feeling this way in positions of power, I retrained as a confidence and breathwork coach.
I hold monthly Calm Confidence Breathwork Circles at the studio to help you regain your peace allowing you to move into the month feeling calm and confidenct!

Each monthly practice varies, you'll learn different grounding, clearing or energising breathing techniques to work through any stored emotions and reset the nervous system. This is intertwined with somatic practices to really quieten the mind and move in to the body.
We settle in to the circle by sharing what has brought us to the practice, creating a sense of safety and connection with everyone there.
Each month there is a theme that correlates with the season we are in. There is also a card pull at the end of each session and time to journal on anything that comes up.
