My classes and workshops are mixture of fun, hard work and ultimate relaxation. I just LOVE teaching our Sunshine and Soul community!
I’m passionate in my role as a trauma-informed practitioner and believe that practicing yoga & fitness massively helps with both mental and physical health.
As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD!
I’m a mama to my amazing little girl and would love to share my passion for yoga and all of its benefits with other mums - hence the creation of ‘NOT JUST A MUM CLUB.’
Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!

I’m Laura, I’m a mum of 3 wild boys & humble owner of ‘Skin2Soul’ where I combine healing modalities and holistic skin therapies as my ‘job’ 😍
I first discovered sound healing back in 2015 when life was a little bit wild, then during lockdown I had my 2nd child & 3rd 😂 which seemed to hit me a little harder than my first, I found myself craving ‘peace of mind’ more than ever, meditation, sound healing and reiki were my go to healers and I also became a Bodhi meditation and breathwork practitioner 🙏🏼
Fast forward to 2023 I completed my level 1 & 2 reiki, bought a handpan and randomly ended up on a drum birth workshop where I hand made my beautiful shamanic drum and met my amazing teacher Hoppi, I headed to south wales to hoppis beautiful eco village for 8 days and began my year long intensive sound healer practitioner training 🎶
This past year has been life changing for me in so many ways and I’ve seen some profound healings take place during my case study period 🙏🏼
In my free time you’ll find me out in the woodland somewhere with the boys or maybe in a crystal shop 😍🩷

NOT JUST A MUM CLUB are for mums who would love to begin or get back into fitness, but do not have time with their little ones to get to a class - now you can bring them with you and enjoy the class together!
You will move your body through various programmed exercises which will also help your mental health and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!
You will build strength, stretch and relax whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
Mama Stretch & Sound
A gentle, nurturing class designed to support postnatal mums and their babies in a calm, welcoming space.
This session combines slow, intuitive stretches to release common areas of tension (shoulders, neck, back, hips and wrists), grounding breathwork, and a short sound healing journey to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The class finishes with time to stay for a brew and a chat.
This is a relaxed, non-performance-based space. Feeding, rocking, moving around, resting or stepping outside as needed is completely welcome.
No previous yoga, Pilates or sound healing experience is required.
Important Information & Contraindications
This class includes sound healing using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and gentle vocal toning
Sound healing is generally safe and gentle; however, please read the following carefully:
• If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
• If you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or severe heart condition, please seek medical advice prior to booking.
• If you are experiencing severe mental health distress, psychosis, or are currently in a period of acute emotional instability, sound healing may feel intense and should be approached with professional guidance.
• Sound healing can occasionally bring up emotional release. You are always free to sit up, step outside, or stop at any time.
• Volume levels will be kept gentle and appropriate for mums and babies, but you are encouraged to position yourself further from instruments if needed.
• Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks following a caesarean) and have been cleared for gentle movement.
• If you are experiencing pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, unresolved abdominal separation, dizziness or pain, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
By booking, you acknowledge these guidelines and take responsibility for your own wellbeing and that of your baby during the session.
Children are welcome to be present during this event, but they must remain under your supervision at all times. Heyyy! I’m Beth, a Mat Pilates Instructor with a huge love for all things fitness & wellness 🤍
I first started my own Pilates journey around 3 years ago, I took a hot pilates class and it has been part of my life ever since.
I have always loved taking fitness classes, I find the feeling post class so rewarding. Feeling elevated both mentally and physically as well as that encouragement of being around other people and the buzz that brings.
Pilates offers variations of precise, controlled movements that strengthen and stabilise the body. Offering something for all fitness levels and form of exercise I feel caters for all capabilities.

I previously trained as a professional dancer and whilst in a Dance Company, I would do a whole company Pilates class each morning, where I found my love for Pilates!
I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 and have been teaching for the past 3 years. I teach Mat and Small Equipment Pilates and am currently studying my Pre & Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions.
I love to incorporate my knowledge of the body and muscle groups within my classes.

Practice to candlelight in this fusion or Yin and Yang! This yoga class mixes up relaxing slow stretches and holds with a flowy, fiery practice! 🔥
After the powerful vinyasa flow, melt into stillness to enjoy the benefits of this powerful practice of yin yoga.
This class incorporates yin yoga postures, flowing vinyasa movement, strength building postures, breath work, supported meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have given birth recently, please wait until your postnatal check with your GP to start exercise. General NHS advice is 6 weeks for a vaginal birth & 12 weeks for a C-section or birth with complications.
However there is NO RUSH; rest is extremely important after birth and into the fourth trimester...So depending on your birth I advise checking in with your intuition and beginning when you feel ready. (Speak to your midwife/health visitor/doctor if you’re unsure)

I previously trained as a professional dancer and whilst in a Dance Company, I would do a whole company Pilates class each morning, where I found my love for Pilates!
I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 and have been teaching for the past 3 years. I teach Mat and Small Equipment Pilates and am currently studying my Pre & Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions.
I love to incorporate my knowledge of the body and muscle groups within my classes.

Yoga has been such a big part of my personal healing journey. What began as a way to cope with my own suffering has grown into a lifelong practice that continually supports me, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With many years of dedicated practice behind me, I decided to fly to India to finally do my YTT.
I’ve come to deeply respect yoga not just as movement, but for its way of life and inner peace.
Teaching yoga is something I truly love. I have always felt so spiritual and I have always loved to help people. It’s a privilege to hold space for others with a genuine love for what I do.
I’ve been a mum for nearly 15years! Which I love! I also have a little furry son named Sonny 🐶
I like to exercise mainly not for my body but my mind. Im such a free spirit and love to solo travel which I would recommend to everyone!!
And I loveee food , if I’m not on the mat I’m most probably eating 😅
While I bring a sense of calm to my teaching, I also believe yoga doesn’t have to be too serious…there’s always room for joy, laughter and playfulness in my classes.

Heyyy! I’m Beth, a Mat Pilates Instructor with a huge love for all things fitness & wellness 🤍
I first started my own Pilates journey around 3 years ago, I took a hot pilates class and it has been part of my life ever since.
I have always loved taking fitness classes, I find the feeling post class so rewarding. Feeling elevated both mentally and physically as well as that encouragement of being around other people and the buzz that brings.
Pilates offers variations of precise, controlled movements that strengthen and stabilise the body. Offering something for all fitness levels and form of exercise I feel caters for all capabilities.

Hello! I’m Connie and I’m a Mat and (soon to be) Reformer Pilates instructor. 🩰
Alongside my Pilates life I am also a professional dancer. I have been dancing my whole life and it was actually through my dance training that I found my love for Pilates. 💃
I began practicing Pilates alongside my professional training to help with injury prevention and to maintain good levels of flexibility, strength and alignment.
-it also really helped me switch off from the craziness of dance college, and became my favourite ‘me time’ activity where I could focus on myself.
I truly believe Pilates has something for everyone, whether it be injury rehab, helping postural problems or enhancing individual levels of strength, flexibility, alignment & mobility.
It can also be a lovely way to switch off from the world and focus on yourself for an hour – something we all need to do more of! 💆♀️
These are just some of the reasons I am so passionate about sharing this form of exercise with as many people as possible, using my dancing background to influence my own style of Pilates classes. 🩷
