This class focuses on joint mobility, gentle stretches, balance, breathing and relaxation techniques. It will benefit anyone wishing to improve in these areas or if you are feeling fatigued or stressed. It may also suit people who are returning to movement after an injury. You are welcome to sit on a chair throughout the class if it suits you.
