This Hatha Yoga class starts in Child Pose and moves from there into gentle flowing sequences to stretch the back, hips and upper body. It includes some slow rounds of sun salutes, some balances and some seated forward folds and twists. The class will suit anyone who wants a general stretch out, to find connection with their breath and to calm the nervous system. It finishes with a guided relaxation including a body scan.
