Hatha Yoga Class 16 September

(Note: Sound and picture quality poor in first minute but comes right) This Hatha Yoga class focuses on poses and flows that help to ease tightness in the hips and back. We start lying down and focus on the flow of breath to bring the nervous system into balance before moving into some lying down hip and abdominal work.
The seated part of class focuses on mobilising the hips before we move into some cat, cow, mountain flows.
The standing part of this class is centred around all the warrior poses before we come to lie down on the belly for some gentle back bends.
We finish our postures with a hip stretch and spinal twist and then come to Shavasana for relaxation for the final ten minutes.
