Hatha Yoga Class 23 Sept

This general Hatha Yoga class focuses on moving the spine in all directions. We also spend time on strengthening the core muscles to help support lower back health.
The class begins with standing stretches and moves into some rounds of sun salutes. We then progress to the floor for some abdominal work from lying down position.
The postures part of the class finishes with some seated forward folds and twists. To assist the nervous system function, we guide you through some rounds of alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) before finishing in Shavasana for a body scan.
