I’m Amy (she/her) and I studied to be a yoga teacher at Ignite with Susanna Barkataki, where we focused on decolonising the practice. I love to incorporate all aspects of yoga and connect the spiritual practice to how we can move towards collective liberation.
Description
Sangha is the Sanskrit word for community. This retreat is dedicated time to delve deep into an aspect of yoga and be in community with each other.
What to expect:
- spend time some getting to know each other
- learn about an aspect of yoga
- be guided through a practice
- creative practice
- time to share our experiences
