Embrace Change because change is inevitable but often catches us off guard. This 60 min Hatha style class offers a space to renew & rejuvenate as we move into Spring. The practice integrates asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and savasana. We will work with inviting ease by nurturing the nervous system through the wisdom of yoga.
