About Yoga with Alice - Telford

Yoga can change a lot of things for the better. Yoga boosts health, mood and general well-being, as well as improving our strength, flexibility, balance and resilience. And it's fun!

As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), I’m trained to teach a wide range of Yoga disciplines. Below, you can find brief descriptions of the types of Yoga I teach:

☀️☀️ ☀️ "Ashtanga" is a dynamic Yoga class. Fast, strong, yet meditative, it definitely creates some heat.

☀️ ☀️ "Strong Yoga" / “Vinyasa Yoga” is a flowing class. Slower than Ashtanga, it's still a workout for the body, mind and breath.

☀️ "Yoga" is a feel-good class. We work on cultivating balance, building strength, and developing flexibility.

☀️🌙 "Yoga For All" is a class you can bring your primary- or secondary-aged children to (and they attend free of charge!). Expect a fun and playful Yoga flow.

🌙 "Gentle Yoga" is softer. The focus is on soothing, mindful movements and breathwork.
