Join the fun way to cardio fitness with this short, 45-minute HiiT Class.
Start with 20 minutes of HiiT followed by 25 minutes of yoga stretches to complete your full body workout! This class will help you increase your cardio fitness and is a great way to enhance your Fit Yogi workouts. Please dress in layers as the studio can be very warm in Summer. Bring water and a workout towel.
