The Balanced Flow is comparable to an Ashtanga/Hatha based Slow Flow or Mixed Levels yoga class.
Perfect blend of breath work, yoga philosophy, and yoga poses that seamlessly flow together to help create inner and physical balance. This is an all levels class created to move, strengthen and stretch at a slower (be reminded that slow does not translate to easy) meditative pace. This can be achieved while holding postures for several breaths as we build muscle memory and properly align into an organic flow.
This class helps sharpen awareness while using the breath to relax the nervous system as we strengthen the body and calm the mind.
This style is one of my personal favorites to teach.
