**Recover from Burnout, Stress & Anxiety**

A women-only space to nourish your body and soul.

Beginner friendly, no previous experience required.

Each class combines gentle, floor-based yoga poses with guided meditation and relaxation techniques to help calm your nervous system. The magic of Yin Yoga is that it works on the facia of the body to release the physical tension to calm your nervous system.

Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin Yoga is a slow, accessible and deeply restorative. There is no pressure to keep up or achieve perfect poses. You'll be encouraged to listen to your body and practise at your own pace.

Whether you're experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, poor sleep, or simply feel like you need some time to reconnect with yourself, this course offers a supportive environment where you can unwind and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.

**What to bring**

- A blanket
- A cushion or pillow
- A bottle of water

(All yoga equipment will be provided)

I recommend bringing cosy socks and wearing layers so you can regulate your temperature throughout the class.

*This class is a single-sex service provided for women and girls (biological female). It is provided under the single-sex exceptions in the Equality Act 2010.

* Payment made for single class passes are strictly NON-refundable.

* The cancellation window for this class ends 48 hours before the class starts.
