Hi! I’m Lizzie — a former professional dancer turned movement and fitness coach. After years in the dance industry, I shifted my focus to helping others find strength, balance, and confidence through movement.
With a background in Pilates, dance, and functional fitness, my classes are all about building strength from the inside out — empowering you to move with energy, grace, and control.
I can’t wait to bring my passion for movement and strength to The House of Glow community!

HOT KETTLEBELLS 🔥
A high-energy, full-body strength class set in a heated room designed to build power, endurance and confidence.
Using kettlebells and bodyweight, we’ll move through dynamic strength circuits that target the legs, glutes, core and upper body, while the heat increases mobility, challenge and calorie burn. Expect functional movements, controlled tempo, and plenty of sweat.
This class is perfect if you want to:
• Build lean strength
• Improve conditioning and stamina
• Increase bone density
• Feel strong, empowered and challenged
Suitable for:
All levels — options and regressions will be offered. No kettlebell experience required, just a willingness to work.
What to bring:
Towel, water (you’ll need it 💦)
