With a background in Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, her classes are dynamic, challenging, and infused with playful energy. Specialising in inversions and arm balances, Soph teaches from the ground up — cueing with precision to help students build strength, awareness, and confidence in every layer of their practice. She believes that through movement and repetition, we transcend the limits of the body and unlock our strongest, most empowered selves.

HOT KETTLEBELLS 🔥
A high-energy, full-body strength class set in a heated room designed to build power, endurance and confidence.

Using kettlebells and bodyweight, we’ll move through dynamic strength circuits that target the legs, glutes, core and upper body, while the heat increases mobility, challenge and calorie burn. Expect functional movements, controlled tempo, and plenty of sweat.

This class is perfect if you want to:
• Build lean strength
• Improve conditioning and stamina
• Increase bone density
• Feel strong, empowered and challenged

Suitable for:
All levels — options and regressions will be offered. No kettlebell experience required, just a willingness to work.
