Description

Neuro training is similar to strength training or HIIT, but it adds in the element of unpredictability. It improves the communication from the body to the brain, which aids in reducing risks of injuries and improving muscle memory. Recent studies reveal that Neuro training improves postural balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and total body strength and power.

This is a 45 minute class that will get your body sweaty and your brain engaged.
