Connect with the spirit of cacao! Cacao is known to lower blood pressure, energize the mind and body, increase serotonin, and much more! With that being said, please check with your doctor if you have a heart condition, low blood pressure, or are on SSRIs/MAOIs before consuming cacao.

We will begin the evening by opening the ceremony by setting our intention, drinking the cacao, then follow with a heart opening yoga practice. The evening will end with light reiki healing and closing of the ceremony!
