Emily is an Advanced Embodied Posture Method functional RYT 500, RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher) and the founder and teacher at The Motherhood Collective. Emily is also a Birthing From Within childbirth mentor and Montessori Early Childhood teacher.
Description
Join Emily Sturomski, certified personal trainer, to reconnect with your body following labor and delivery. Gentle movements focused on find your core, pelvic floor, and general strength will help you meet the demands of the postpartum period places on you.
About Emily Sturomski:
Emily attended UW - La Crosse for Exercise and Sports Science Fitness. She has been a fitness professional for over ten years at various places before joining Dynamic Performance & Therapy in 2018. After having two children of her own, she completed a Prenatal and Postpartum training. In doing so, she can share her love of movement with individuals who are pregnant, have recently had children, or are years postpartum safely and effectively start, maintain, or get back to activity. She enjoys rediscovering fitness and movement in a new way since having children and can't wait to help other women discover what that looks like for them!
