Join Emily Sustar, RPYT (registered prenatal / postpartum yoga teacher), functional RYT 500, Birthing from Within Childbirth Education Mentor, and owner of The Motherhood Collective, at Emplify Health in Sparta, WI for a four week prenatal yoga series designed to support you in each stage and phase of pregnancy. Learn movement to help you feel more comfortable at any point in pregnancy, along with breath work and tools for nervous system regulation. Prepare your body, mind, and expectations for labor, birth +postpartum. 60 minute classes include education, connection, + movement.
