This energising morning practice is designed to gently awaken the body and prepare you for the day ahead with clarity, intention and vitality. Rooted in the rhythm of the breath, we’ll move through a grounding sequence of Sun Salutations, inviting warmth, fluidity and strength into the body.

This class combines meditation through movement, synchronising breath with flow to create a moving mindfulness practice. You'll be guided to connect deeply to your inner landscape as you release tension and find spaciousness from within.

Drawing on Qi-Gong techniques, we’ll focus on clearing stagnant or heavy energy, encouraging a sense of freedom and renewal in both body and mind. Gentle tapping, shaking, and energetic sweeping motions will support the movement of qi (life force), helping you to feel more centred and uplifted.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced and ready to meet the day from a grounded and open-hearted place.
