Description
Join us each week for a calming and restorative Yin yoga practice designed to release tension, restore balance, and bring stillness to both body and mind.
Through longer-held postures, deep breathwork, and mindful awareness, Yin yoga works into the connective tissues, fascia, and energy lines of the body, encouraging greater mobility, improved circulation, and a sense of spaciousness within.
This slower style of yoga offers the perfect counterbalance to our busy, fast-paced lives—inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Using props to support your body, you’ll be guided into poses that allow you to settle deeply, release stagnant energy, and find a meditative state of presence.
Each class will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and nurtured from the inside out.
✨ What is Yin Yoga?
• Yin follows Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian lines, helping to move qi / prana / energy through the body and release stagnation
• Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gradually open and release
• Props are used to support comfort and alignment in longer holds
• Benefits include muscle recovery, joint mobility, improved circulation, and deep relaxation
