Description

This class is an invitation to move with intention, power, and presence.

In Strong & Slow Vinyasa, we combine strength-building sequences with fluid, breath-led transitions. Each posture is held just a little longer to build stability, deepen awareness, and challenge both body and mind in a mindful way. The pace allows space to feel into each movement—perfect for those wanting to refine their practice, grow stronger from the inside out, and explore the subtleties of breath and alignment.

This is not about rushing through the flow, but about slowing down to feel the full depth of it.

Open to all levels with variations offered throughout—come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and reconnected.
