Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too.
Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.

A celebration of breath, beat and body, this session is all about releasing the week and reconnecting to your power through flow.
**Vinyasa**—from the Sanskrit meaning “to place in a special way”—is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath to create a seamless, intentional sequence. Each posture is thoughtfully placed to cultivate balance, strength, and clarity. Inhalations lift and expand the body; exhalations ground and deepen, creating a moving meditation that energises and restores.
In this class, you’ll move through creative, rhythmic sequences designed to raise your heart rate, awaken your senses, and sync you to the pulse of your breath—and the music. Whether you come to sweat, to reset, or to elevate your Friday vibes, this class invites you to show up fully, move freely, and flow with purpose.
