A 60 minute vinyasa style class, challenging power flows focusing on breath work, mind-body connection and working up a sweat, followed by meditation at the end of the session to clear our busy minds, creating a space of stillness and peace.

From delicious stretches to softly moving flows, the practice will be designed to support and lift you both physically and energetically.
