Description
Step into the heat and onto your mat for a powerful, energising Vinyasa flow designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. This 60-minute class weaves together dynamic, breath-led movement with intelligently sequenced power flows that build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Moving under the soothing warmth of infrared heat, the body opens more deeply and detoxifies naturally, helping to release physical tension and mental clutter. As you flow, you'll be invited to drop into a state of deep mind-body connection, using the breath as your anchor to stay present and centred throughout the intensity of the practice.
Expect to sweat, move with intention, and explore your edge through creative transitions, strength-building holds, and moments of embodied stillness. Each class finishes with a guided meditation or mindful rest, allowing space for integration, reflection, and deep inner calm.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected – physically invigorated, mentally recharged, and spiritually aligned.
All levels welcome, though some experience with Vinyasa is recommended.
