This Class expands on the dynamic Vinyasa based asana practice and includes hands-on adjustments, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation at the end.
This is Level 2 class : some knowledge of alignment for traditional yoga poses is mandatory.
Not Suitable for Beginners ( please visit level 1 classes or courses instead )
