This is over two hour Yoga Adjustments Workshop for Yoga Teachers.
You will experience and explore, some common yoga postures from Hatha Yoga ( Vinyasa and Ashtanga Style)

I am advanced Yoga Alliances teacher and one of my qualifications is in : Adjustments and Anatomy in Vinyasa Yoga.

Course is £30 and it counts for 3 hours on BSY TT for Yoga 200th teacher training.
