Fun way to get fit, lose weight and tone up this winter.
Winter can be a hard time to find inspiration and motivation.
This is 45 min class, where you will build strength and endurance, as well as lots of repetition to form muscle memory.
Using a Tabata style format enables you to take each moveat your own pace.
There are no advanced postures, and whatever your goal, be that to build strength, tone up, or get fitter by keeping the movements simple, you can really focus on the alignment, the transition and progress.
