Yoga Retreat at Hillton Court, Pembrokeshire on the 8th of May.
The schedule will depend on the weather:
* Yoga in the Garden, Dome, or tearoom.
* Dome Meditation Yoga and Crystal Sounds.
* Breathing and walking in the garden.
You can spend all-day in the Garden .
You can join us just for a coffee, Breathing, and walking in the Garden ( £20 include the entry)
or full yoga sessions for £ 50, including the entry.
I have just 8 spaces for yoga, so please book in advance.
