What will you expect?
The late summer is when Yang turns towards Yin. It is a time of harvest and abundance!
* Yoga Fusion between Vinyasa Yoga and Traditional Yin Yoga.
* Gong Bath at the end of the practice for 10 -15 min
* Pranayama in the Forest
* Tea, Coffee, and Welsh Cakes included
* Finish the retreat with delicious light Brunch food ( please choose from the menu and let me know what you would like to eat)
Yin is more internal, passive, cooling, and downward.
Yang is more external, dynamic, warming, and upward.
YANG: will be represented by Vinyasa Krama, which means a step-by-step progression into something, or to a certain goal. A goal, in this case, is a complex or advanced asana (posture). To give a little more explanation of the words we have: Vinyasa – which is the principle of synchronizing movement with the breath and.
YIN: Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

The class will take place in a beautiful big tent in the woods. We can also explore a beautiful walk and extra pranayama in the forest and food is included
