Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine ( including meridians) , with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles of yoga.
Meditation and healing sounds are also part of this class.
Part of any membership or drop in class £10.
