50 minutes of Warm Yin Yoga , temperature between 23 to 25 degrees, a slow release for your muscles ,mindset, followed by 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra (a relaxing body scan). The ultimate stress release!
All poses are done on the floor and held for longer to allow the muscles to melt , to release connective tissue and stress. We use props, such as bolsters and blocks for maximum comfort, low lighting, sound bowls and incense to enhance the experience. Prepare to be transported to a place of relaxation and dreams!
