Vinyasa Yoga in the Hatha style blends the foundational principles of Hatha Yoga with the flowing, breath-linked movements of Vinyasa.
When practiced in a Vinyasa context, this style maintains the deliberate, grounding quality of Hatha while introducing fluid transitions between poses, guided by the rhythm of the breath. Each movement becomes a mindful expression, rooted in strength and alignment, yet flowing like a moving meditation. Unlike faster-paced Vinyasa forms like Power Yoga, Hatha-style Vinyasa is more meditative, often slower, and focuses on cultivating awareness, stability, and subtle energy (prana) throughout the sequence
