Yin Yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (typically 3–5 minutes or more)
Kriya Breathing is a structured form of yogic breathwork (often rooted in pranayama)
It’s ideal if you want something that is not fast-paced, but still deeply transformative—both grounding and uplifting at the same time.
Please bring your mat , a small pillow and a blanket
