Description

Wake Up Yoga is an energizing, all-levels yoga class that blends elements from several yoga traditions to create a balanced morning practice. Rather than following a single style, it combines techniques from dynamic and mindful approaches to help participants awaken the body, focus the mind, and start the day feeling refreshed.
Class is 75 min long, but you can leave when you want.
A typical Wake Up Yoga class may include:

Gentle mobility and stretching inspired by Hatha Yoga to release stiffness and improve flexibility.
Flowing sequences influenced by Vinyasa Yoga to build warmth, circulation, and energy.
Breathwork (pranayama) to increase alertness and mental clarity.
Balance and strengthening postures to activate core muscles and improve stability.
Mindfulness and relaxation techniques that help cultivate a positive mindset for the day ahead.

The pace is usually moderate or intense , offering options for beginners while providing enough movement to awaken more experienced practitioners. Classes often focus on improving posture, mobility, circulation, and overall wellbeing, leaving participants feeling centered, energized, and ready for the day.
