This will be an online 60min practice of vinyasa 'flowing' style Yoga practice which is mindful yet energising. Expect to feel awake, aware and ready for your day! This class will have options for those who want to work a little more strongly, or have been practicing Yoga for longer but aimed at a general level where those newer to Yoga will still feel comfortable. I will limit this class to 10 participants but if there is another person in your household they are welcome to join in with you at no extra.

Price: - £40.00 for 4 classes - £60.00 for 6 classes - £12 drop in Requirements: A mat, a little bit of space, a device which can access Zoom, a relatively stable internet connection.
