Tuning inwards with slow focused movements as we move to find more ease and fluidity in the body and soothe the nervous system. A wonderful class if you are feeling burnt out, fatigued, stressed or want to let go of long-held tension or aches.

Bring an extra layer to keep cosy during slower parts of the class. The focus is on the internal sensations within your body, many movements will be low to the ground. All fitness levels are welcome, you can set your own pace.

Siobhan takes the class, she is a local yoga teacher with interests in somatics, embodied movement and meditation.
