Description
Tuning inwards with slow, focused movements to deeply soothe the nervous system, develop body awareness and release tension. A wonderful class if you are feeling burnt out, fatigued, stressed or want to shift energy blockages.

Bring an extra layer to keep cosy during slower parts of the class. The focus is on the internal sensations within your body, many movements will be low to the ground. All fitness levels are welcome, you can set your own pace.

Siobhan takes the class, she is a local yoga teacher with interests in somatics, embodied movement and meditation.
