Nicole is a Yoga and reformer Pilates teacher, movement facilitator and professional Dancer. With over 7 years experience teaching Yoga, Nicole has completed over 450hrs of training in different styles including: Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga and Restorative. More recently, Nicole has trained in reformer Pilates to expand her knowledge and offerings. Throughout my dance career yoga has supported me both physically and mentally and sparked a huge desire to delve further into what I can offer others through this practice. I was drawn to yoga through the asana but it’s the spiritual and mental shifts that have kept me here. Over the last 13 years my practice has shifted and evolved, changing with the ebbs and flows of my life. It teaches me to: accept and not resist, to listen and move intuitively, to pause before reacting and generally live with more awareness. It’s a life long practice and I’m here for it; the good, the bad, the darkness and the light. All the juicy layers of being human.
