Sarah became curious about Yoga after travelling to India in 2008. Yoga gradually became part of her routine and she did her first Yoga teacher training in 2016. Since then, Sarah has also trained to teach Rocket and Yin Yoga.
Sarah has experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of Yoga and is passionate about sharing this with others. Her style of teaching is creative and energising while maintaining a focus on alignment and moving with the breath.'

Designed to gently awaken the body, the practice combines mindful stretching with a flowing sequence to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate present-moment awareness. Alongside the physical practice, there is an opportunity to explore broader aspects of yoga beyond movement, supporting a deeper sense of connection and understanding.
